Our logo is more than just an image—it tells the story of who we are as a family united in faith and service.
At the heart of the logo is Mary, the Mother of the Church and our guiding light. She leads us closer to her Son, Jesus, and reminds us to open our hearts to the poor and those most in need. Above her shines the cross and halo, a sign of God’s love and hope that surrounds all our mission.
In front of Mary are three figures in red, yellow, and blue. They represent the different members of the Vincentian Family—priests and brothers, sisters, and lay people—each with their own gifts, but walking together as one. Their hands joined in unity remind us that our mission is not carried out alone, but always in collaboration and friendship.
The yellow figure in the center has a special meaning. It represents the poor, whom we are called to serve with humility and respect. At the same time, it also represents the younger generations who carry the Vincentian mission forward into the future.
The colors themselves also speak to our mission:
· Red for love and sacrifice,
· Blue for faith and compassion,
· Yellow for light and hope.
Together, the logo expresses our call as Vincentians in Japan: to see Christ in the poor, to work hand in hand as one family, and to bring the light of the Gospel wherever it is needed most.
This is our identity, our mission, and our joy.
